We show you a guideline to follow during the seven days that lasts our diet to lose weight 5 kilos.

Day 1:

  • Breakfast: A glass of skimmed milk without sugar, two tablespoons of rolled oats, a piece of fruit and a cup of green tea.
  • Midmorning: A piece of fruit.
  • Lunch: Cream of mushrooms, steamed hake fillet, 50 gr cooked brown rice, lettuce to taste seasoned with lemon and a little olive oil. For dessert, light gelatin and green tea.
  • Snack: A piece of fruit.
  • Dinner: Natural yogurt skimmed and without sugar, and artichokes baked or cooked. An infusion that is not tea, horsetail is very diuretic and will help us in our purpose.

Day 2:

  • Breakfast: Coffee and porridge of oatmeal and apple flakes (the porridge is made by putting in a bowl two or three tablespoons of oat flakes, add a little cinnamon powder and cover with skim milk, cooked in the microwaves at full power 2 minutes until the flakes are swollen but not dry, once cooked add the chopped apple and mix well).
  • Midmorning: A piece of fruit.
  • Lunch: Skewers of chicken breast, mushrooms and red pepper , a medium potato roasted in the microwave or cooked, arugula salad and cucumber seasoned with little olive oil and apple cider vinegar . A green tea.
  • Snack: A piece of fruit. Dinner: Natural yogurt skimmed and without sugar, and cooked broccoli seasoned with little olive oil and lemon. An infusion

Day 3:

  • Breakfast: Coffee with skimmed milk without sugar, two tablespoons of rolled oats, a piece of fruit and green tea.
  • Midmorning: A piece of fruit.
  • Lunch: A grilled hake fillet, green bean salad and cooked potato seasoned with little oil and lemon, endive with lemon. A green tea
  • Snack: A piece of fruit.
  • Dinner: Natural yogurt skimmed and without sugar, and cream of zucchini (without potato, fat, or cheese). An infusion

Variations:

The daily diet indicated above is indicative, it can be modified to some extent. Cooked vegetables, raw and grilled, the quantity that each one wants with a smooth dressing is allowed. The meat / fish of the lunch must be cooked to the grill, oven or cooked and no more than a normal size fillet, being chicken, lean beef, hake, monkfish, sole , rooster, squid , pink or cod.

“The carbohydrates are already very restricted, being allowed only in the morning and at noon in small amounts”.

In the morning we can only take oatmeal flakes that are very satiating and their hydrates are slow release. At lunch, only 50 grams of cooked brown rice or a medium cooked or roasted potato are allowed. In relation to sugar is forbidden for obvious reasons but if you only like sweet drink it can be substituted for saccharin or stevia, since they give us 0 calories. Coffee before 4 o’clock in the afternoon is allowed but in moderate quantity so as not to disturb the sleep, being able to accompany it in the breakfast of skimmed milk or soya. Remember to add the least amount of salt possible to avoid fluid retention. To raise the flavor of our food and avoid getting bored plays with spices , you can radically change a dish with a simple gesture and are also those so-called fat-burning foods  that we can take advantage of in our diet to lose weight 5 kilos .

Important:

Despite appearing heavy, we would like to emphasize that you should always keep in mind that this diet to lose weight is not healthy.
